Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the same condition as received
  • Returned in original packaging where possible

How to Return

  1. Email hello@frakture.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable service. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will issue store credit or process the exchange within 3 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items with visible wear, odor, or damage caused after delivery
  • Items returned after the 7-day window

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired replacement item is sold out, we will issue store credit instead. All exchanges follow the same 7-day window and condition requirements as returns.

Store Credit

Store credit is issued as a discount code sent to your email. It does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
