Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- With all original tags attached
- In the same condition as received
- Returned in original packaging where possible
How to Return
- Email hello@frakture.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable service. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
- Once received and inspected, we will issue store credit or process the exchange within 3 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items with visible wear, odor, or damage caused after delivery
- Items returned after the 7-day window
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired replacement item is sold out, we will issue store credit instead. All exchanges follow the same 7-day window and condition requirements as returns.
Store Credit
Store credit is issued as a discount code sent to your email. It does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
