FRAK/TURE — REFUND & DISPUTE POLICY

At Frak/Ture, all items sold are second-hand and pre-loved. Each item is carefully inspected and its condition is accurately described prior to sale. By purchasing from us, customers acknowledge the pre-owned nature of all items.

Refunds & Returns:
* Items are eligible for a return/exchange within 7 days of delivery if the item received significantly differs from its described condition.
* Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn and unaltered.
* We do not accept returns for change of mind.
* Final sale items (marked as such) are non-refundable.

Dispute Resolution:
* Customers are encouraged to contact us first at [your contact email] so we can resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
* We aim to respond to all disputes within 2 business days.
