Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)

All domestic orders are shipped via Pos Laju or J&T Express.

• West Malaysia: RM10 flat rate, 2-3 business days
• East Malaysia: RM15 flat rate, 3-5 business days
• Free shipping: On orders over RM150

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via DHL Express and Pos Malaysia International.

• Singapore: RM35, 3-5 business days
• Asia Pacific: RM50-80, 5-10 business days
• Europe / UK: RM80-120, 7-14 business days
• USA / Canada: RM90-130, 7-14 business days

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Order Tracking

Track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Domestic orders can be tracked via Pos Laju or J&T websites. International orders via DHL or Pos Malaysia International.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.
