Drawing heavy inspiration from the dark, voluminous draping of the Japanese avant-garde, this skirt is an exercise in controlled chaos. The silhouette is entirely fluid and unstable, constantly shifting its geometric profile while in motion.

The garment is constructed from a vast quantity of black textile substrate. The fabric is draped, gathered, and layered into multiple uneven, cascading panels that terminate at wildly varying lengths, creating an erratic, destroyed hemline. The multi-layered construction relies entirely on gravity and movement to define its shape.
