What is FRAK / TURE?
FRAK / TURE is a curated archive of condition-verified, authenticity-checked vintage and contemporary fashion. Every piece is hand-selected, photographed, and graded before it reaches the site.
How do you verify authenticity?
Each item is inspected for brand labels, construction details, hardware, and material composition. We cross-reference against manufacturer records and seasonal archives where available. Pieces with questionable provenance are not listed.
What does the condition grade mean?
Archive: Excellent condition — minimal to no visible wear.
Very Good: Light wear consistent with age — may have minor fading or softening.
Good: Noticeable wear — stains, repairs, or distressing are documented in photos and description.
All flaws are disclosed. No surprises.
Do the clothes fit true to size?
Vintage and archive pieces rarely fit modern sizing standards. We provide flat measurements (waist, chest, length, sleeve) for every item. Compare against a garment you already own before purchasing.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original condition. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. See our Returns Policy for full details.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping (Malaysia) takes 2-5 business days via Pos Laju or J&T. International shipping takes 7-14 business days depending on destination. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We ship worldwide via DHL Express and Pos Malaysia International. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Can I reserve an item?
We do not hold items. All pieces are one-of-a-kind. If you see something you want, we recommend purchasing immediately — once it's gone, it's gone.
How do I care for vintage garments?
We include care instructions specific to each piece. As a general rule: hand wash or dry clean only, avoid direct sunlight when drying, and store folded rather than hung to preserve shape.
Do you restock sold items?
No. Every piece in the archive is unique. We cannot restock specific items. New arrivals drop weekly — follow us on Instagram for first access.
