    A black Victorian-inspired blouse in a tonal jacquard or satin fabric with puff shoulders, corset-style lacing, and flared bell cuffs trimmed in lace. The front features a ruffled button placket while the back is laced with ribbon through eyelets.

    CONSTRUCTION DETAILS

    Black tonal jacquard/satin fabric with a high ruffled neckline and back button/keyhole. Puffed shoulders and long sleeves with corset ribbon lacing at the front, back, and sleeves. Bell cuffs finished with lace trim.
