SURFACE LANGUAGE

This moto chassis commands attention through its aggressive channel-quilted topography. The shoulder panels and upper sleeves are entirely consumed by horizontal padded channels—stitched ridges that create a ribbed, almost armored surface texture reminiscent of medieval brigandine construction. These quilted fields frame a smooth lambskin center panel that houses the asymmetric front zip and a wide, notched lapel that folds dramatically across the chest.

Two diagonal zip pockets breach the quilted flanks, their metal pulls catching light against the matte-black surface. The leather carries a deliberately aged finish—fine crackle patterns across the smooth panels suggest accelerated patina. The overall proportion is cropped and boxy, the padding adding structural volume that transforms the silhouette into something closer to architectural object than garment.
