Denim Kimono Form

Open-front kimono-silhouette jacket cut in medium-weight washed denim. Mid-blue wash with visible fading concentrated at the front panel centre, indicating wear-in or intentional treatment. The silhouette is wide and boxy - dropped shoulders, elbow-length sleeves, and a hem that falls well below the hip. No fastening system; the front hangs open in traditional haori proportion.

The cloth reads as structured but not rigid - visible drape in the back panel suggests it moves with the body rather than against it. Wash is even across the outer surface with natural lighter striations emerging through the twill weave. Condition appears excellent throughout.

• Shawl-style lapel with narrow, continuous self-fabric collar running full length of front opening
• Single patch pocket at lower right front, stitched with reinforced corner bar-tacks
• Knotted tie-strings at hem - three visible across front, corresponding ties at rear sides
• Back yoke seam with topstitching; bar-tack reinforcement at lower rear side vents
• Side vent openings at hem with visible tab detail on rear right
