SURFACE LANGUAGE

Fragment of 1977 punk history, reconstructed as wearable propaganda. This tee collages multiple Sex Pistols iconographic elements—"No Feelings," "Liar!," and "Here's the Sex Pistols"—into a dense, overlapping visual field that reads as both merchandise and manifesto.

The cotton is heavily distressed and softened through wear, creating a thin, almost translucent surface in places. The graphics are cracked and faded, indicating genuine age and environmental exposure. This is not a reproduction—it is a preserved artifact from the original British punk explosion.
