A carved resin skull occupies the focal point, rendered in warm bone-yellow with articulated orbital cavities, visible teeth rows, and shallow surface texture suggesting hand-tooled detail. Four tapered spike beads in chalky white flank the skull symmetrically, interspersed with small deep-burgundy seed beads that interrupt the transition to the main strand. The body runs as lacquered reddish-brown wood beads, each showing visible grain patterning beneath a glossy coat. Borneo tribal craft traditions inform the skull-and-fang compositional logic, referencing protective amulet assemblages worn as warding objects. The closure bead is a cylindrical bone or resin tube with burned crosshatch engraving in dark red-brown, functioning as a sliding lock on braided black waxed cord. A single terminal wood bead anchors the pull-end.
